Guest Visit Program

Timbers Resorts' Guest Visit Program provides parties who are interested in homeownership at The Preserve at Botany Bay with the opportunity to investigate the property while receiving an attractive lodging rate. The program accommodations are a luxurious 5-bedroom, 5-1/2 bath waterfront residence featuring a ocean-view infinity-edge pool, covered outdoor living areas and all of the comforts one would expect at a Timbers Resorts destination. Guests of the program who proceed with a purchase agreement of a Botany Bay real estate offering within fourteen (14) days following their Guest Visit are credited the total cost of their lodging at the time of closing.
