The Timbers Collection is a joint venture between Timbers Resorts of Carbondale, Colorado, and SV Capital of Denver, Colorado.

The Preserve at Botany Bay will join the Timbers Collection alongside The Rocks Luxury Residence Club in Scottsdale, Arizona; Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico; The Timbers Club at Snowmass in Colorado;  Castello di Casole in Tuscany, Italy; and One Steamboat Place in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
